Sundance Vacations Named as Stevie Award Winner during American Business Awards

Wilkes-Barre, PA (June 23, 2009) -- Sundance Vacations has been selected as a winner for the 2009 American Business Awards. Sundance Vacations employee Doreen Miller received the Stevie Award for Marketer of the Year.

After a challenging year in business for our country, the 2009 American Business Awards crowned this year’s winners at the Stevie Awards gala at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. Sundance Vacations competed against more than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry. The company was considered a finalist in the following categories: Best Overall Company, Fastest Growing Company, Sales Department of the Year, Executive of the Year, Support Staffer of the Year, Marketer of the Year, and Information Technology Executive of the Year. Only one third of all entries were honored as finalists this year.

With approximately 600 executives in attendance, The 2009 American Business Awards honored a diverse cross-section of American business people, corporations, non-profits, and government agencies reflecting every important aspect of business today, from: C-Suite executives to support staff; major public companies to emerging start-ups; customer services teams to corporate communicators.
